Hilarious! I too come from a conservative family, and Christmas cards are a long-standing tradition around here. I’m glad to read you found a way to keep to this quickly-fading Holiday greeting tradition; sometimes it’s the only present we recieve from friends or family far away.

I know what you mean. You can never please anyone. I have now gone to sending out e-cards of my kids to people I know and generic happy holiday cars to everyone else. Great blog.
