If you don’t know what Pinterest is by now, you’re missing out on HOURS spent lusting after a sequence of recipe ideas, fitness tips and fashion products. Pinterest is basically an online pinboard where you can save inspiring things from around the web and share them with your friends. It’s my newest obsession, and the place where I draw ideas and gather inspiration to meet my goals.
My latest goal is to live a healthier, simpler life and I’m finding tons of inspiration over on Pinterest to kick our family’s health into high-gear. I wrote a post awhile back related to this and how I started using Member’s Mark probiotics to improve my well-being after my son was born. Sam’s Club has since renamed the product Simply Right 4X Probiotic, which is the exact same product in different packaging. It has the same four strains of natural, beneficial bacteria recommended by health experts to balance your digestive system, and it’s a great deal at Sam’s Club. So I’m working with the company again to help manage their #4XHealthier campaign and pair two of my greatest loves: health and Pinterest.
Best of all: there’s a $400 prize in it for you.
What’s this about a Pinterest Party, you ask? Simple. We’re asking fellow Pinheads to create a #4XHealthier Pinterest board and share their own healthy living inspiration. And you’ll be entered to win the grand prize of a $400 Sam’s Club gift card or one of three $100 Sam’s Club gift cards to go buy healthy food and supplies to get in shape and meet your goals!
What inspires you to be #4XHealthier? A $400 Sam’s Club Gift Card?
1. Create a #4XHealthier Pinterest board
2. Pin 4 healthier living pins (workout routines, shoes, smoothies, healthy food) and tag each pin with #4XHealthier.
3. Pin 1 4XProB at Sam’s pin (directly from Sam’s club site: http://samsclub.com/sams/shop/product.jsp?productId=prod5590696) and tag that pin with #4XHealthier.
4. Submit your board link and email to the linky below by May 15th at 11:59 EST.
It’s that easy! If you have any questions, feel free to leave them in the comments and I’ll reply ASAP. Good luck!

I know, right? Everyone needs a good excuse to spend time on Pinterest!
What a fantastic Pinterest party!!
Thanks Jenn! I LOVE your board. All those quotes are so inspirational and the slimmed down recipes…yum!
I have my board started and figure it will grow over time. Love the idea and can’t wait to see what others have pinned for healthy living ideas.
Mine is growing by the second…it’s so easy to spend hours on Pinterest, especially when you’re looking for fun health ideas.
This is an awesome party! Thanks!
How fun! I think I’m going to keep adding to this board.
Whirlwind of Surprises
I finally learned how to REALLY PIN! Thanks so much to those posting/hosting and sponsoring. Hope was OK I forgot my last name.( never have done this before..guess you CAN teach an old dog new tricks;)
Yay! Another excuse to get absorbed in to Pinterest for a few minutes, or should I say hours. Pinterest is so addicting.
Chelsea, is it bad if people are repinning our pins onto their #4xhealthier boards or is that okay? LOL…I noticed some of my pins were getting repinned into their boards. I’m flattered and all but not sure what the proper etiquette/rules are. Thanks!
Hey Cinny – Yeah, repinning just means they like your pins! Ideally people will also pin some new content, but repins are A-OK.

Thanks Meghan!
Thanks Meghan!
I’m nothing if I”m not literal to a fault! So my question is – should the board contain only the 5 pins you’ve asked for or can we pin as many as we choose? Thank you.
You can pin as many as you’d like. Thanks for checking!
What a great contest as it makes us stop and think and really look at what we are doing to take care of ourselves and our families. Thanks.
Hello! I am trying to submit my board link but it is really long. Should I pin it to my blog first then submit my blog link? I am new to this, Help!
It’s okay that it’s long – just submit a link directly to the Pinterest board to the linky. Thanks for entering!
that was fun.. thank you!
I would like to enter. It’s only 7:00pm EST but the linky says it’s already closed. Here is my board http://pinterest.com/kecia08/4xhealthier/
Kecia
Thanks for letting me know, Kecia! I fixed it and added your link on there.
so who won? I saw a bunch of people repinning my original entries to count as entries. Is that legit? :o
Hi Tamar! I updated the top of the post with the winner information: Laura, Tonia, SunRae and Ria.
And yes, repinning just means they liked your pins! Ideally people will also pin some new content, but repins are acceptable. Thanks for checking!
